These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases from this website only. Delivery
  • We aim to deliver in 1-2 working days (UK orders made before noon) where stock allows but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. If stock is not available we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Please note goods MUST be signed for and we will only deliver credit card orders to the cardholders address.
  • “Next Day Delivery” is a service provided by our carriers and we cannot be held liable if an order does not arrive on the next business day after sending.
  • Items sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery should arrive within 3 days of posting but can take longer. Please note that Royal Mail will not consider an item lost until 10 working days have passed. If an item is lost in the post a replacement will be sent or refund offered once the 10 days have expired.
  • Orders received before 12 noon will usually be dispatched the same day (in stock items only), for orders placed after 12 noon we will endevour to dispatch the order the same day but we cannot guarantee this.
  • Claims for shortages or damage to the goods in transit must be notified in writing (email is acceptable) to the company within 3 days of receipt.
  • If you are not in the United Kingdom you may have to pay additional taxes and/or duty on imported goods, this is outside our control and payment of these charges is your responsibility.
  • If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or, replace at our discretion.
  • Goods are not supplied on a trial basis or on a ‘use or return’ basis – other than where covered by your Right to Cancel below
Pricing Policy and Contract Formation
  • Neither the receipt of your order by us nor the receipt of our confirmation of order by you constitutes the acceptance of an order or confirmation of an offer to sell.
  • We reserve the right to limit the order quantity of any item and will notify you as soon as possible of any such action.
  • We reserve the right not to do business with any individual or company at our absolute discretion.
  • Subject to the other terms and conditions any order shall only be deemed to have been accepted when we have expressly confirmed that we have accepted your order and have shipped the goods to you.
  • Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
Return of faulty goods
  • Unless otherwise stated all new products have a minimum of a 12 month return to base guarantee against manufacturer defects. Some items in the Clearance section may have a limited warranty which will be stated on the product page.
  • If any product develops a fault within the guarantee period we will repair free of charge or, replace at our discretion.
  • A returns authorisation number must be obtained before returning any goods.
  • The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.
  • If when an item is tested no fault is found we may ask for a contribution towards the cost to return the item to yourself.
  • Any costs for installation and removal are the resposibility of the purchaser.
Your Right To Cancel
  • You have 14 days to cancel the order from the day after that on which you received the goods.
  • You must inform us of you wish to cancel in writing by recorded mail or by fax or Email with a return-receipt obtained and must be dated and sent to our correct business address, fax number or email address as listed on out contact page.
  • A returns authorisatiom number must be obtained before returning the goods.
  • The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorisation number.
  • If the goods are not complete, new and unused then a restocking fee may apply dependent upon any damage or loss to product or packaging.
  • Goods must be returned at your own cost and risk, please insure the goods and ensure a signature is obtained for the goods on arrival at our premises.
  • During the period prior to official receipt by us of the goods being returned, the customer must look after the goods and ensure they are insured at their own cost.
  • You may not cancel your order if any software supplied with the product or as the product has been unsealed.
  • Refunds will be made within 30 days to the original credit/charge/debit card the goods were purchased on or in the case of a cheque payment a cheque written to the original person/company who issued the original cheque as applicable. Outgoing delivery charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.
